The Process

Veev’s unique technology will allow us to halve the timeline, based on your backyard we guarantee to shorten the full process from Permits to key delivery.

Cities must provide ADU approval (or denial) within 60 days of receiving the application. This has been halved as a result of new legislation. It was previously 120 days.

In some cases we may be able to expedite this timing.
